The Belgian Federal Government decided to launch an international ideas contest designed to examine possible future uses of the Brussels Courthouse and the surroundings of Place Poelaert. The project was designed in association with Emmanuel De Keersmaeker and Laurent Wydemans. The project was selected for the exhibition at Bozar.
